15 Month Doctor's Appointment & Philly

This week Tristan and I had two fabulous play dates with our neighbors Kate and Chase.  Tristan and Chase got along so well!!  He is only 9 months old, but is crawling and pulling himself up, so for the most part they were able to connect on a good level.  It was so convenient to just walk down the street to hang out with them.  I foresee man play dates to come!

Tristan had his 15 month appointment on Wednesday and he got three shots :(  He was a trooper even though it was just me and him at the doctor's office.

Sounds like we are on the right track with discipline, verbal skills, baby proofing, and food.  We also need to schedule his first dentist appointment.  We were happy with a good report!  Tristan is getting over a bad ear infection, but looks like he is on the mend :)

We just got back from a road trip to Philadelphia to meet up with some more of our November mommies.  It was so much fun!  We met up at the Please Touch Museum which was such a cool place to take the kids.  We stayed overnight in a hotel room with our friends Ashley and Charlie.  The babies did not do too well overnight as they were trying to distract each other instead of going to sleep, but overall it was fun!!  Ashley and I took the babies to see the Liberty Bell before getting a Philly cheese steak and heading home.

Back to the grind of real life tomorrow!  These weekends never last long enough!!!
