The Show Must Go On

I forgot to put in my quick update that our little family went to the circus last weekend! Mike and Tristan's first time to the circus and it was a blast :)  We were worried that Tristan wouldn't cooperate, but he did so good!  It was really loud in there anyway, so even if he did start screaming it wouldn't have been an issue.  He loved all of the colors and sounds.  His favorite part was the contortionist. She was very pretty and when she started doing all of her flexibility stuff, Tristan started giggling, clapping, and pointing.  It was hilarious!  I think he was in love :)

I didn't get any pictures of them sadly :(  We forgot when we were leaving...Boo!!

We took Tristan to the doctor this morning because he had a weird mark on his foot.  They think it is a bruise, but we are not totally convinced.  We are going to wait a week and if it doesn't go away we are going to call a dermatologist.  It looks like a stain on his foot and I would not be surprised if he stepped on something.  He weighed 19 pounds today at the doctor (fully clothed).

Tristan is now running around and opening any and all cabinets and drawers that he can.  He is trouble!  He is trying to climb up on anything too (like father, like son).  He also has 8 teeth now.  That last little bugger gave us so much trouble, but it broke through finally!!

We are getting so excited about settlement on Friday!  Yay for our new house!!  We have been busy with getting things ready for the house, Lindsay's baby shower, the Halloween party, and Tristan's first birthday.  We found out that our neighbors are doing a block party on Saturday!  Should be fun!!  Don't know if we will have time to enter anything into the baking contest or chili cookoff, but I think we are going to stop in and meet some of our new neighbors.

Tristan now says da-da, dog (?), and duck.  My dad also taught him to click his tonge which is so cute when we are tyring to call the dogs in.  He is in love with sticking his tongue out as well.

I turned around and Tristan was sitting on the dog bed like this:
This couch is the perfect size for me mom!
 Hehe
The dogs swarm him when he has food.

Here he is pulling everything out of the cabinet.
